Fo rmany employers candidate hiring is time-consuming with high recruitment fees charged by recruitment agencies. Our solution - We have created a unique online platform where employers can connect with a network of trusted independent recruiters, to crowd-source pre-vetted candidates, enabling job vacancies to be filled faster, at lower fees. How It Works (Crowd-sourced hiring) 1. Employer posts a job vacancy they want to fill with relevant details, with the option to set a recruiter fee budget as a fixed fee or percentage. Recruiters are notified of the job posting 2. Recruiters on the platform can submit pre-vetted candidates that match the vacancy requirements, from their existing candidate's pool who may have already been referenced and background checked in advance. They can choose to accept the employer's fee or propose a fee a submit a proposal offering flexibility to both parties. (Employers can manage the recruiter selection pipeline and communications all within the platform.) 3 . After the selected candidates are hired, the employer can leave feedback and reviews on the candidate's profile, agency profile, and vice versa. (360-degree review and feedback system) ensuring trust and quality of work. This saves employers time and money as they are able to hire candidates in half the time, based on their set budget. Crowdsourcing enables them to reach out to a large number of recruiters at once. 4. After the agreed period, employers make payment to HiringCrowd who release funds to the recruiters less a commission fee of 10%. As an example, if 2600 candidates a year are hired on the platform, this converts to revenue of $1.2M per year based on average industry recruiter earnings per placement.
