Whilst completing my PHD in computer science in Oxford, I developed a software program/algorithm for measuring human emotions. The program uses an algorithm to measure 96 points on a person's face to interpret the emotion that is being felt.
A trial of 100 people using videos to incite six emotions of happiness, sadness, anger, fear, surprise and disgust, resulted in 98% accuracy.
I believe that it has commercial applications in the advertising sector, online content and the workplace The working technology can be demonstrated over the internet using a webcam. The outcome of the anonymised trial data is available also. The program is fully complete and all the code is available to the buyer.
